MY STORY

I have over 2 decades of experience in health and fitness. This has always been a passion of mine since I was 18 years old and a big part of my everyday life.  I have been helping family and friends over the years putting together different workout programs tailored to their goals as well as providing nutritional tips to help in their eating habits. The results have been unprecedented!

Once I began working out and learning more about nutrition, I developed a passion for both.

It helped my self-esteem, my confidence and overall quality of life. From Weight Training, HIIT, Cardiovascular Training, Strength Training, Crossfit and Mobility, this has been an integral part of my everyday life which I am now ready to share with you.

 
 

Now at the age of 44, I have decided to take all the knowledge I have acquired over the years and share the EXACT same program in both workouts and nutrition I use for myself.

Growing up I was not the most athletic or into sports.  I was quiet and more of an introvert.

Fitness was introduced to me by one of my closest friends at a very young age. They actually use to make fun of how frail and skinny I was.
